THE ROLE
As Codemill's CEO, the successful candidate will have a multi-faceted role. They will be tasked with managing the executive team, driving the company's profitability, and being accountable for the overall performance and success of the organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability
- Leading and managing the executive team
- Carrying personnel responsibility for the executive team

PROFILE
Education:
A relevant academic degree is preferred, including:
- Business Management
- Financials
- Computer Science/Tech/Design
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the Media & Entertainment sector, or from another relevant field
- Background in a tech/product company, understanding product development and lifecycle management
- Familiarity with the stock market, investor relations, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrable ability to scale a product business
- Fluency in English
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrable ability to work and document in a structured manner
- Strong business management principles
- Robust business acumen
- Exceptional decision-making skills
