Our history
1999 Talentia is founded by Klas Karlsson to fill the need for leaders within Tech startups
2002We appoint our first Stock Exchange CEO and are bought out by the Sixth AP-Fonden
2006 Founder and management buy out Talentia and start partnership with Ruter Dam for recruitment of female board members
2009 We are appointing the intrapreneur of the year for the first time and launching the Talentia model
2023 We carry out our 200th CEO recruitment and with it have made over 1000 C-level appointments
