1999 Talentia is founded by Klas Karlsson to fill the need for leaders within Tech startups
2002 We appoint our first Stock Exchange CEO and are bought out by the Sixth AP-Fonden
2006 Founder and management buy out Talentia and start partnership with Ruter Dam for recruitment of female board members
2009 We appoint the intrapreneur of the year for the first time and launch the Talentia model
2023 We carry out our 200th CEO recruitment and have made over 1000 C-level appointments
Since 1999, we have developed a unique knowledge of what underlies extraordinary ability and execution power in businesses, management groups and individuals. In the proprietary Talentia model™, insights from over 1000 C-level recruitments, 200 CEO recruitments and thousands of individual assessments have been combined with theories and research findings. In the last 25 years, we have been hired by Swedish as well as international venture capital companies, listed companies, family offices, startups, owner-managed companies, family businesses, authorities and non-profit organizations. to help them make a difference. We plan to continue with that.

We use the technology we invest in every day and as a result we free up more time for advice and evaluation in our recruitment processes, which ultimately leads to more qualified recruits.
