Any test results (personality tests and ability tests), which are part of some recruitment processes, are also stored.

During a recruitment process, we handle information relating to your educational background, previous work experience, motivational factors and personal characteristics.

Furthermore, personal data is stored until Talentia no longer has a legal basis to store the data, in which case we will try to contact you to update the consent.

What is the data used for?

After the recruitment you have consented to be part of is completed, you may be contacted regarding other job opportunities. You may also receive newsletters, event information, or the like from Talentia. You can unsubscribe from this communication whenever you wish. All personal data and other data about you that you give access to can also be shown or transmitted to the client company whose recruitment process you have been involved in. Talentia does not share your data with clients without first asking for your consent for the specific purpose.

For product development or improvement purposes, we may extract and use "Aggregate Data". Aggregated data can be derived from, for example, your CV, but in aggregated form it will not contain personal data, i.e. information that reveals your identity.
